Kathleen Cole is a senior human resources leader with more than 20 years of experience serving independent schools. She has built HR departments from the ground up, led full-scope human resources functions, and partnered closely with school leaders on strategy, policy, and organizational development. Kathleen is recognized for her expertise in employee relations, inclusive hiring, compensation strategy, and leadership coaching, bringing both operational strength and a deep understanding of mission-driven environments.

She co-leads HRISA, the peer network of HR professionals in Atlanta independent schools, and recently served for an extended term on the board of MISBO. Earlier in her career, Kathleen worked in the corporate sector with a 5,000-employee international firm, including exclusive experience as a corporate recruiter. This combination of independent school and corporate perspectives allows her to provide schools with both practical HR solutions and strategic vision.
